Paula Ingham
With almost three decades in HR, Paula has seen it all. A Chartered CIPD member, her experience spans employee relations, performance, training, recruitment and organisational development.
She’s worked in senior HR roles across the care, real estate and banking sectors, as well as providing strategic and operational support to SMEs as a consultant. Few HR challenges are unfamiliar territory.
Exceptionally knowledgeable and refreshingly down-to-earth, Paula builds trust quickly – including line managers who need time-critical support and directors looking to build, protect and grow high-performing teams.

With over 20 years of experience in learning and development, Anna brings vast expertise across culture, behavioural frameworks, recruitment, onboarding, leadership development and strategic talent.
A practical and hands-on practitioner, she creates experiential, fun and memorable interactions that are built to make a difference. Having worked with multiple businesses across a wide range of UK sectors, Anna has wealth of knowledge and can help people and businesses to optimise their skills, engagement and performance.
